Steeped in so much history, Europe offers a wide array of centuries-old architectural marvels—such as the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul and the Trevi Fountain in Rome—that’ll leave you breathless.
Any plan to make your life better best begins with your overall well-being. You should make it a point this year to live a healthier lifestyle. For one, always keep your body in good shape. If you don’t already, try to eat healthier and be more active by regularly going to the gym, playing sports, or doing other physical activities. Plus, get plenty of sleep and rest and avoid harmful vices. Of course, you should also nourish your mind and soul. Find time not only to get together with family and friends but also to be alone so that you can meditate and reflect.
